V. Dorset, based in Poole, is the creation of Keri Astill-Frew, a development chef and former fine dining restaurant chef with a wealth of experience in the catering industry. Her recipes have been featured in Hello! Magazine and The Independent, as well as many online blogs and local papers around the country.
The business is built around an ethos of local produce and sustainability, with a focus on environmental responsibility as well as animal welfare. Offering 100% meat-free street food at festivals and events as well as fine dining menus for weddings and parties, V. Dorset is the first company of its kind to operate in the county and is already lining up a list of fantastic bookings for the summer season.
